New support tab for quick help and feature requests

We’ve been long time users of Zendesk for the support portal, but have decided to integrate more with it now.

Logged in users will now see a support tab to the right of the dashboard that will allow them to search the support forum as soon as they run into a problem, and find the solution they need to power on through.

What we’d like to also see, is people using this new tab to let us know what changes and feature requests you want see developed into the system.
