It’s been a qhile between updates, but for good reason. A lot of work has been going on to get the site to a much higher level than what it was, and also introduce simpler user and more advanced features at the same time. The site has also had a complete design and logo overhaul.
A sample of the main changes are:
- Introduction of the ‘dashboard’
- Easier addition of multiple accounts
- Each twitter account now has it’s own account page, rather than listed in one long list
- All sections / tabs on the account page have been overhauled to be much neater and straight forward for their task
- Each section is shown at first in minimized view, with the ability to open each item for more information / editing
- The ‘add search’ section now has a tool to help build complex searches, simple click the ‘try the search builder’ button when you are creating a new search. This helps non-power users with location based and time based searching
- The dashboard features a ‘twitterhawk noise ratio’ for each twitter account that allows you to monitor your twitterhawk vs natural tweet ratio
- @twithawk current twitter feed is placed in the footer
- Change log has been moved from a static page to a wordpress powered blog
