SPAM Policy
In no way should TwitHawk be used as a SPAM tool. Any such accounts found to be using the tool for SPAM will be removed and reported to Twitter depending on the severity.
TwitHawk related auto replies
In no way should any auto replies be setup referring to TwitHawk in any way unless given prior consent from TwitHawk.
Right of removal
TwitHawk holds the right to remove any account with or without notice, at any time. Should any account be removed, no credits / fees will be refundable.
Price change / refunds
TwitHawk holds the right to change the cost of credits with or without notice, at any time. Payment for credits will not refunded under any circumstances unless agreed upon in advance by TwitHawk and and purchaser of the credits.
